My Approach
I offer one‑to‑one, psychologically informed health coaching for people who are beginning to feel overwhelmed, stretched, or out of balance.
My work is shaped around you and what is happening in your life right now. Together, we take time to notice early signs of strain, gently steady what feels unsettled, and rebuild a sense of clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
I understand that self‑care and self‑compassion are often the first things to fall away when life becomes demanding. I create a calm, supportive space where these can be re‑established, without judgement or pressure to “push through”.
My approach is holistic and evidence‑based, recognising the emotional, physical, and practical layers that shape wellbeing. Support is offered at your pace, helping you move forward feeling resourced, grounded, and supported — rather than depleted or overwhelmed

About me
I believe no one should have to keep coping on the outside while quietly unravelling inside.
As a psychologist and health and wellbeing coach, I work with people who appear steady on the surface, but internally feel stretched, depleted, or close to overwhelm. Often, long before anything looks “wrong”, self‑care and self‑compassion begin to slip away.
I offer early, psychologically informed support — creating space to notice what’s becoming difficult before things reach breaking point, and to steady, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity.

I create a calm, non‑judgemental space where people feel emotionally safe and genuinely listened to. There is no pressure to perform, push through, or have everything worked out. Our work unfolds at your pace, shaped around you as a whole person.
My approach is holistic, ethical, and evidence‑based, recognising the emotional, physical, relational, and life circumstances that shape wellbeing. I support people to strengthen self‑care, rebuild confidence, and develop sustainable ways of protecting their wellbeing during periods of pressure or change.
