Coaching sessions with Debbie have helped me make the changes I needed. She has a warm, calming manner and uses a good sense of humour in her approach. The greatest impact has been to authentically view myself as a leader, that is be confident in whom I am within the business and within my industry. I have been able to assert myself more clearly in shaping the business and when negotiating with my business partner. My management style has adjusted to be one of a leader and mentor to our contractors and two employees. My view of myself as a thought leader in the industry has shifted from lacking confidence in who I am to being my authentic self, and thus feeling both a greater human connection with my business network as well as true confidence in my own knowledge.
